Marina Sykiotis

Marina began her real estate career in 2018, starting as a receptionist in our office. She quickly progressed to property management, gaining valuable experience in handling rental properties. Recognising her aptitude for sales, Marina made a transition to the sales department, where she honed her negotiation skills and developed a deep understanding of the market.

It was during a holiday in Europe in 2018 that Marina met our Principal, George Rafty, on a beach. She had enrolled to study interior design, recognising how she would be able to incorporate this in another passion of hers in a real estate career. 

For five years, Marina managed a successful restaurant in Newcastle, providing her with exceptional customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. She genuinely enjoys assisting clients in finding their dream homes or investment properties. Staying updated on market trends, building trust and forming strong relationships with her clients are part of what makes her an outstanding sales associate. 

Marina was born and bred in Newcastle, NSW. Her deep connection to the local community gives her a unique understanding of the area's real estate market and the specific needs and preferences of its residents. When Marina is not working, she has an active lifestyle, enjoying time at the beach, appreciating the natural beauty of Newcastle's coastline, going to the gym and exploring new dining experiences.
