Navdeep has been a technocrat for 25 years working on engineering and construction projects internationally where he accumulated a vast life experience dealing with people from diverse cultures. This unique life experience played a vital role in his new role as a realcrat.

Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi, Navdeep can converse with a range of people and loves listening to Indian classical music and playing soccer. He aspires to start his own charity to address the gaps in the community.
