Paul has an extensive background in sales. Paul relocated to Ballarat from Scotland in 2009 when his whole family made the move to Australia. During this time he has worked his way up the hospitality industry which has allowed him to understand people and customer service. Whilst working in a fast paced environment, this has allowed Paul to deal with high pressure situations with ease whilst he problem solves any hurdles.

He is a massive family person who loves spending time with his three nieces and nephew spoiling them as much as possible.
