When I was younger, my family moved house a total of 12 times by the time I was 18 – So I think it is safe to say that property is in my blood! My parents flipped properties throughout my childhood, installing property and finance knowledge in me from a very young age. I have done a lot of growing up within the Inner West of Sydney. I have lived in Balmain, and Glebe numerous times and currently live in Camperdown. My family are all in the Inner West and my son attends day care here also. As for my own personal property journey, I purchased my first property at age 20, which I then spent 3 months renovating, which successfully and quickly created equity in the property. Soon after, I purchased my second property with the equity made in my first property, and so the cycle began! To tell you a little bit more about my background and where I’ve been, I have a background in the Australian Army as a Cavalry Crewman with two tours of Iraq under my belt. I also have a great deal of experience in small business, having previously started and run two of my own companies (this being my third), and also working as a Real Estate Agent after my time in the Army.
