The project is made up of 158 units across two towers and construction is well underway with both towers topped out and the scaffold drop commenced on Tower 2, with Tower 1 to start the drop in the new year. All parking is above ground on Levels 1, 2 & 3. In Tower 1 (South Tower) apartments commence on Level 4, with our Premier and Penthouse units on Levels 14 & Level 15. In Tower 2 (North Tower) apartments commence on Level 3, with our Premier units on Level 9. All resident amenities are contained on the Ground Floor and on the Level 4 podium deck.
