In Residential Low Density zoning: Accepted development subject to requirements (self-assessable) if: a) operated entirely within an existing dwelling house or associated building; b) does not include any industrial activity... c) no more than 4 persons would be on the site for business purposes at any one time or if bed and breakfast accommodation, no more than 2 guest bedrooms are available for letting; and d) with the exception of overnight guests, no customers, clients, employees or deliveries attend the site: i. between the hours of 6:00pm and 7:00am Monday to Friday; or ii. on weekends or public holidays.
