A Bulimba local for close to 15 years, Charmaine previously owned and operated a children’s boutique in the heart of Bulimba prior. While she enjoyed the clothing aspect of the business, Charmaine soon realised her true passion and enjoyment was ignited by interacting with her clients every day. This realisation, combined with her love for her local neighbourhood, led her to pursue a career in real estate.

After selling multiple properties with Sarah, Charmaine was so impressed with her incomparable professionalism, marketing and branding she knew Place was to be her new home.
