Julia has served in Customer and student service industry for the past 10 years, she has developed outstanding administration skills, and the aptitude to relate to and communicate effectively with clients, customers and share holders in order to provide outstanding customer service and also to resolve conflicts. Working in a fast pace industry enabled her to acquire effective negotiation skills to influence the attitudes and actions of staff and clients to achieve the most desirable outcome. 

Especially at the student service , it gives her a full opportunity to grow with her knowledge and character. To help students understand the Australian Culture and into local host family life; She provides excellence service to assist students and host families so that they live together in harmony. Trough her serivices to meet the student’s parents, host familiies and domestic partners demand. She continues to provide the excellence services to our vendors, landlords and customers this office.
