Litsa Stylianou

Litsa Stylianou has lived in Forest Lake for over 25 years, where her and her husband raised their 3 children, who attended Grand Avenue State School.

Litsa believes Forest Lake is a great suburb to raise a family as it is a safe and integrated community. Litsa and Jimmy have owned their own business’s in the hospitality industry for 20 years and then went onto Manage a large lighting Business for 3 years.

Litsa understands the buying and selling process as together with her husband they have built purchased and sold in the area.

Litsa's outgoing and welcoming nature has allowed her to build friendships within the community which she endeavours to mirror in her real estate career.

Fluent in English and Greek, her strong communication skills give her the ability to negotiate with confidence when making a deal.
