Her move to the Gold Coast in 2023 fueled her passion for the region, where she's actively involved in the local community, including her dedication to boxing. 

As an expert communicator, Marlena values transparency, honesty, and empathy, showcasing authenticity in all her endeavours. Her ambition in real estate stems from purchasing her first home in late 2022, with plans to expand her property portfolio and explore development projects.
