Melissa started off in Real Estate in 2008 in a small local Real Estate office on reception and slowly worked her way up through the industry into Property Management in 2010. In 2011 her Ray White journey started and now 10 years later, Mel has worked in multiple offices with the company & loves the Ray White brand. Having recently come from working in final bonds and routine inspections, Mel is confident to have the difficult conversations with owners to ensure their most expensive asset is meticulously managed with care. Communication and relationships are extremely important in Real Estate & Melissa prides herself on having great relationships with both owners and tenants to ensure a smooth tenancy from start to finish.
