ABOUT ME

My name is Paul Stokje, I live local, support local and sell local. I've been a long term resident in this wonderful place we call the Sunshine Coast. My young family are of school age and attend school locally in Beerwah as well as my wife who is a Registered nurse, currently works at the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital in Birtinya.

I have several years experience in Real Estate Sales, from low-end all the way up to high-end properties. My highest skillset and experience, within the industry, is my ability to listen to buyers and their specific needs to locate the perfect property anywhere throughout the Hinterland region. Thus resulting in outstanding transactions for sellers where their homes are unique in design and specific to our rural lifestyle. I am very passionate about sales and ensuring my clients are taken care of every step of the way. With over 15 years in elite sales environments, I have seamlessly transferred the fundamental skills and knowledge obtained in my previous sales roles into my Real Estate career. I am a genuine and proactive professional who puts customer care, as well as customer service, first before anything else.
