Property Manager 1

Having been in continuous employment in property management for 8 years I have gained a high level of property management knowledge. This has ensured I am kept up to date with legislation and procedures and continuously learn new aspects of the real estate industry.

I have been known to have a high level of time management skills, it is a busy and challenging environment where meeting the needs of the customer is a must and time management is vital. I maintain the ability to problem solve and deal with complex customer enquiries efficiently and effectively. Also, having the opportunity to be the sole property manager of a rent role of 145 properties for two years, attention to detail and accuracy was of a high priority.

My goal is to further strengthen our service standards, continuing to ensure all clients, landlords, tenants and creditors all receive a high level of service and are absolutely delighted to associate with PRD.
