Bringing a focused and enthusiastic approach to her role in the Property Management department, Tash Davidson is a determined professional with a broad skill set and thorough knowledge of the local area. Affable and considerate, she is ably equipped to help provide clients with peace of mind and guide them through all aspects of the property management process.

Having lived on the Central Coast for many years, Tash loves the areas strong family focus and superb range of lifestyle amenities. She is passionate about property investment and understands the importance of teamwork when it comes to exceeding her client’s expectations and achieving outstanding results. Friendly and approachable, Tash was attracted to real estate because she thrives on meeting new people and enjoys the ever-evolving range of challenges her position entails.

Tash started out in real estate as a receptionist in 2010, before releasing her passion for Property Management and moving into that area in 2012. She enjoys the positive feedback she receives from her clients and strives to ensure that all transactions in her control are smooth and pleasant. A licensed real estate agent, Tash chose LJ Hooker The Entrance because she wholeheartedly believes in the company’s integrity and team orientated culture. When not working, her diverse range of outside interests include astronomy, football and reading.
